beautiful room super comfortable bed broken blinds missing tea
i received an upgrade to a beautiful king room non-smoking (such a lovely surprise!). the room felt huge and the bed was super comfortable.
my room lacked tea or sugar. i also found blinds broken in the bathroom (a minor inconvenience).

warm welcome comfortable room efficient service
The staff provided a warm welcome upon arrival. I enjoyed the comfortable room. Breakfast was a good start to the day. I particularly appreciated the efficient service during the wedding I attended. It was well-managed and catered for.
My room felt slightly dated, though everything was clean and functional.

My Executive King Room Non-Smoking included two separate sinks! It also featured a rainfall shower, and the room was super clean. The hotel grounds offer beautiful gardens. I enjoyed a walk after dinner. The staff was very kind and helpful .
I noticed a small stain on the hallway carpet . It was not significant, but I did see it.

charming stay!
warm radiator generous room friendly staff convenient location
i found the staff accommodating. the location was very convenient for exploring the surrounding area. i really liked the generously sized room. it also included a large, warm radiator. the shower was lovely too!!!
the tables and benches outside looked a bit worn. they could use some updating or replacement.

the room was spacious and very clean, a good start to my stay. staff members were attentive and friendly, they were ready to help. i enjoyed the hotel's character and its fabulous location, it was quite charming.
the bedside lamp did not work, a minor inconvenience.

warm welcome comfortable room satisfying breakfast
The staff provided a warm welcome. My room was well heated. I enjoyed the breakfast each morning and found it satisfying. Good parking was available making arrival and departure easy.
I noticed slightly worn areas in the room's decor.
